Junior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Junior Salesforce Developer will write high-quality code, collaborate with the engineering team, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance software development in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Function in 2-week sprint cycles, independently problem-solving and researching solutions
• Write code with comprehensive test coverage for both positive and negative test cases
• Collaborate with team members to improve the codebase, processes, and overall product

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and its proprietary languages, including Apex and Lightning Web Components
• A growth mindset toward AI-assisted development and enthusiasm for adopting AI tools
