Junior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of a new Salesforce environment, the full-time Junior Salesforce Developer will configure Salesforce objects, assist with automation, and troubleshoot user issues while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and administration of Salesforce
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, and automation tools such as Flow
• Troubleshoot user issues and assist with data migration and reporting efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or CRM systems
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools
• Foundational knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions
