Junior Schedules Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Schedules Operations team, the full-time Junior Schedules Specialist will maintain accurate and timely schedule data while collaborating with internal stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and update daily schedule metadata with high accuracy
• Coordinate with ingest and editorial teams to ensure smooth handovers
• Identify and debug discrepancies or missing data

Required qualifications

• A University degree in a relevant area, e.g. Business, Media, or Data
• Experience in metadata, content operations, data management, or editorial production in a B2B tech or media environment
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to data
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• A passion for media, entertainment, and driving excellent user experiences
