Junior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support federal civilian agencies remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery
• Facilitate scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and plan sprints and releases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master
• Hands-on experience leading multiple Scrum teams in an IT software development environment
• Active SAFe Scrum Master certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, or other advanced Scrum Master certification
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
