Junior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Scrum Master to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions through Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist software development teams in applying the Scrum framework and managing project scope and timeline
• Educate teams on refining and maintaining the product backlog while coordinating sprints and meetings
• Resolve issues that hinder team performance and facilitate effective internal communication

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM)
• Experience with project and issue tracking tools, such as Atlassian Jira
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Federal Civilian Public Trust
