Junior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting Agile software development teams, the remote Junior Scrum Master will coordinate sprint activities, maintain delivery discipline, and assist in removing team impediments under the guidance of a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups and support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain sprint boards and ensure accurate tracking of work items
• Monitor sprint progress and flag risks, blockers, or scope changes to the Project Manager

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination, technical support, or software delivery environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
