Junior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting the adoption and execution of Scrum practices, the full-time Junior Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track team progress, and assist in removing impediments while working remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Track and escalate impediments to ensure timely resolution and maintain team focus on sprint goals
• Apply agile principles and contribute to process improvement through active participation in retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environments
• Basic understanding of Scrum ceremonies, roles, and workflows
• Ability to support team activities and facilitate Scrum events
• Must be a legal US Citizen residing in the continental United States
• ITAR compliance and ability to provide proof of citizenship are required
