Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Security Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides technical knowledge and analysis of information security standards and guidelines
• Monitors network activity for threats and ensures data protection from unauthorized users
• Solves complex technical problems and conducts detailed security event analysis

Required Qualifications

• Security clearance to obtain and maintain a government-issued public trust clearance
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field preferred with 1-3 years of experience
• Experience analyzing security standards and guidelines, threat monitoring, and data protection
• Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, disaster recovery, and security best practices
• Relevant certifications such as Security + CE, CASP, CISSP, GCIA, CISM, or CISA
