Junior Security Assessor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Security Control Assessor.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates, schedules, and conducts security assessments for the Security Authorization program
• Reviews system scan findings and summarizes them
• Develops the Security Assessment Report (SAR) and conducts risk assessments based on findings

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree (Bachelor of Science) from an accredited College or University in Business/Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant tasks
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Experience conducting security control assessments in both on-premise and cloud environments
• Understanding of NIST Special Publications and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
