Junior Security Control Assessor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Security Control Assessor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support federal clients by assessing security controls in compliance with NIST standards
• Create and execute test cases to confirm evidence of compliance
• Collaborate with Information Security Officers and Managers on security assessments

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in information security or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• CompTIA Security+ CE (or equivalent) certification
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without requiring employer-sponsored visa sponsorship
• Must have a minimum of three years of residency in the U.S. out of the past five years
