Junior SEO Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, growth-oriented Junior SEO Specialist for a remote, contracted position, who will manage technical SEO tasks, implement on-page optimizations, and support AI search readiness across 30+ market sites while collaborating with content and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ship technical SEO tickets, including schema markup and international SEO debugging
• Implement on-page SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and optimize existing content across various country sites
• Support AI search visibility initiatives and run outreach campaigns for link building and brand mentions

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings
• Strong command of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush
• Solid skills in keyword research and on-page optimization
• Familiarity with multi-region and multi-language SEO practices
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana
