Junior SEO Specialist

Job Summary

Hands-on and growth-oriented, the remote contracted Junior SEO Specialist will manage technical SEO tasks, implement on-page optimizations, and support AI search readiness across 30+ market sites while collaborating with content and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ship technical SEO tickets, ensuring proper implementation of schema markup and international SEO practices
• Implement on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and internal linking across multiple country sites
• Run outreach campaigns for link building and monitor performance using Google Search Console and other SEO tools

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an e-commerce or agency setting
• Strong command of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush
• Solid skills in keyword research and on-page optimization
• Familiarity with AI search concepts and structured data
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana
