Junior SEO Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, growth-oriented Junior SEO Specialist for a remote, contracted position who will manage technical SEO tasks, implement on-page optimizations, and support AI search readiness across 30+ market sites while collaborating with content and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement technical SEO initiatives, including schema markup and international SEO debugging
• Execute on-page SEO strategies, optimize existing content, and conduct keyword research and mapping
• Support link building efforts and monitor Google Search Console for crawl errors and ranking issues

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush
• Experience with multi-region and multi-language sites, including hreflang and ccTLDs
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
• Bonus: Experience with WordPress/Elementor, Shopify, and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON-LD schema
