Junior SEO Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, growth-oriented Junior SEO Specialist to join the in-house Organic Marketing team on a remote contract basis, where the candidate will manage technical SEO tasks, implement on-page optimizations, and support AI search readiness across 30+ market sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ship technical SEO tickets, including schema markup and hreflang corrections, while collaborating with IT and development teams
• Implement on-page SEO strategies across multiple country sites, optimizing existing content and conducting keyword research
• Run outreach campaigns for link building, monitor Google Search Console for issues, and report on SEO performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush
• Experience with multi-region and multi-language sites, including hreflang and ccTLDs
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
• Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills
