Job Summary
Supporting IT service delivery operations, the full-time Junior Service Delivery Executive will manage business partnerships, oversee incident and request management, and ensure compliance with IT processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to understand IT requirements and maintain trusted relationships
- Monitor and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication during outages
- Drive consistency in IT demand management and support process compliance across operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of IT service delivery and compliance with cyber assurance standards
- Demonstrated experience in implementing IT systems or process improvements
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver technology solutions
- Proficiency with MS Office and ITIL v4 Foundations
