Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Service Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow service desk processes and respond to IT support requests through various channels
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve common hardware, software, and access-related issues
  • Accurately log incidents and maintain documentation for reporting and trend analysis
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of formal IT experience
  • Associates degree in IT or related area
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and ITSM ticketing platforms
  • Foundational understanding of user account and access concepts, including Active Directory
  • Exposure to healthcare environments is a plus
