Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Follow service desk processes and respond to IT support requests through various channels
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve common hardware, software, and access-related issues
- Accurately log incidents and maintain documentation for reporting and trend analysis
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of formal IT experience
- Associates degree in IT or related area
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and ITSM ticketing platforms
- Foundational understanding of user account and access concepts, including Active Directory
- Exposure to healthcare environments is a plus
