Job Summary

Supporting the SEC Office of Information Technology's service delivery objectives, the full-time Junior Service Level Manager will monitor service levels and Key Learning Indicators (KLIs), prepare performance reports, and coordinate with technical teams to enhance service quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking KLI compliance across IT services and validate service performance data
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare reports and dashboards for service performance, providing trend analysis and recommendations
  • Coordinate with service desk and technical teams to improve incident and request handling outcomes and support continuous service improvement
Required qualifications
  • Must have US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT service management or related IT operations functions
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and performance reporting processes
