Junior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Site Reliability Engineer to support their Managed Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to monitor and maintain secure cloud-hosted infrastructure
• Implement automated orchestration and configuration management techniques
• Provide 24x7x365 support for client environments and resolve site stability and performance issues

Required Qualifications

• BS or above in a related Information Technology field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in 24x7x365 production operations
• Experience with cloud operations and automation in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and orchestration tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
