Junior Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Junior Social Media Specialist for a remote contract role, this position will create and manage content across various social platforms, engage with the community, and support influencer partnerships while reporting to the Global Head of Organic Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and curate content for social channels, adapting it for each platform
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and brand voice
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and managing influencer outreach

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in consumer or e-commerce brands
• Strong content creation skills, including short-form video and basic video editing
• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Experience in community management and influencer outreach
• Fluent in English with a good eye for design and brand aesthetics
