Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing, enhancing, and maintaining large financial databases for web applications
Developing and maintaining database systems for complex queries
Creating client-facing JSON APIs for streaming data and implementing dynamic front-end layouts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related discipline
Proficiency in relational database systems like Postgresql
Familiarity with JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework
Experience in Finance or Financial Technology (FinTech) and cloud environments preferred
Background in financial services and knowledge of Ruby on Rails or similar MVC framework desirable
