Junior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Software Engineer to develop software solutions for legal document automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software to automate legal document workflows using Java, PostgreSQL, and Micronaut
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, and refactoring
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while monitoring application performance

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
• 1 to 3 years of software development experience, preferably with backend development in Java
• Solid understanding of Java (11+) and SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with agile workflows and Git-based version control
• Comfort using AI coding assistants and eagerness to integrate AI tools into development workflows
