Junior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic engineering team, the full-time Junior Software Engineer will design, build, and deploy scalable tools while collaborating with senior engineers to enhance productivity and tackle complex challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust tools that improve engineering team productivity and velocity
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to architect scalable systems that grow with the business
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code while championing a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science with 2+ years of industry experience, or M.S. in Computer Science with relevant internship experience
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
• Clear communicator capable of translating technical tradeoffs for diverse audiences
• Proficient in Python, with a track record of writing high-quality, production-ready code
• Experience in the Generative AI space is a strong plus
