Junior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support software development initiatives, the full-time Junior Software Engineer will develop applications using Java, Angular, and React, while writing maintainable code and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java 8/JEE, Angular 2+, React.js, and other technologies
• Create, deploy, and maintain automated system tests, resolving defects in collaboration with testers
• Support continuous improvement by researching alternative technologies and presenting findings for architectural review

Required qualifications

• Experience in Java and JavaScript programming languages
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) and knowledge of common APIs and data structures
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills
• 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding is preferred
