Junior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support application development, the full-time Junior Software Engineer will develop applications using Java, Angular, and other technologies while writing maintainable code and collaborating with team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java 8/JEE, Angular 2+, and other relevant technologies
• Create, deploy, and maintain automated system tests while resolving defects in collaboration with testers
• Investigate alternatives and technologies to support continuous improvement and participate in architectural reviews

Required qualifications

• Experience with Java and JavaScript programming languages
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills
• Familiarity with common APIs and data structures such as Collections and Maps
• 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding is preferred
