Junior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Contributing to the development of tools and products that enhance healthcare operations, the full-time remote Junior Software Engineer will maintain internal automation tools, support website updates, and collaborate on client-facing AI projects while gaining hands-on experience in software engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve internal automation tools to meet evolving team needs
- Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the company website, including updates and bug fixes
- Write, test, and document code for AI and automation solutions under the guidance of senior engineers
Required Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 1 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience, including internships or significant project work
- Working proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C#
- Familiarity with APIs, data structures, and version control with Git
- Some exposure to or genuine curiosity about AI tools and automation frameworks
