Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and hands-on, the full-time Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer will focus on testing new software features, identifying bugs, and documenting issues while working remotely from various locations including the Philippines, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, and Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Test new software releases and existing features to uncover bugs and usability issues
• Create detailed bug reports and perform regression testing prior to releases
• Implement minor bug fixes and assist developers with testing and deployment verification

Required qualifications

• Basic understanding of web applications and SaaS products
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git
• Ability to work independently during overnight U.S. business hours
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
