Junior Software Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr Software Trainer to provide software training and support for employees at a federal agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete internal training and stay updated on new automation tools
• Teach in-person and remote classes, ensuring compliance with the contract Quality Assurance Plan
• Provide on-call user support and assist in creating instructional materials

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree from an accredited undergraduate program
• 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an adult learning environment
• Customer service and customer satisfaction focus
• Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and late evenings
