Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Jr. Solution Delivery Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Support Solution Architects and Engineering teams in delivering technical solutions to various stakeholders
Assist with configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution in customer environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience with complex customer implementations and system integration
Strong technical and project management acumen
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., X12, HL7, APIs) preferred
Experience working with State Medicaid Agencies and Homecare Providers preferred
