Junior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with senior solutions engineers, the full-time remote Junior Solutions Engineer will analyze client requirements, produce documentation and presentations, and create demos to support scalable data and mar-tech solutions that drive measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze client challenges and translate them into effective solutions
• Produce first-draft materials for RFPs/RFIs and client presentations
• Conduct research to inform solution design and maintain organized solution documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience in Martech, Adtech, or a data-focused role
• Foundational understanding of data concepts such as data pipelines and analytics
• Comfort with AI tools and interest in applying them to work
• Understanding of pre-sales mechanics and the RFP/RFI process
• Strong problem-solving instincts and a collaborative working style
