Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Support Agent to join their player experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle player support tickets related to gameplay, account, and technical issues
  • Moderate player reports concerning rule violations and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain and update the internal knowledge base and assist with various operational tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Basic digital literacy (browser, email, Google tools)
  • Ability to handle direct or aggressive communication with stress tolerance
  • Service mindset with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
  • Experience in customer support or service roles is a plus
