Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Support Agent to join their player experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle player support tickets related to gameplay, account, and technical issues
- Moderate player reports concerning rule violations and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base and assist with various operational tasks
Required Qualifications
- Basic digital literacy (browser, email, Google tools)
- Ability to handle direct or aggressive communication with stress tolerance
- Service mindset with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Experience in customer support or service roles is a plus
