Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Support Analyst to provide customer support and resolve data issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers daily via Helpdesk and video calls to explain issues and solutions
- Investigate data issues by tracing data pipelines from source APIs to SQL transformations
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to report bugs and follow up on fixes
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in technical support, analytics support, or a similar client-facing role
- SQL knowledge (SELECT, filters, aggregates; familiarity with ClickHouse/Postgres is a plus)
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on clarity and support
- Strong English skills for effective communication with global clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
