Job Summary
To support a growing customer support team, the full-time remote Junior Support Specialist will respond to buyer queries, process refunds and cancellations, and enhance their knowledge of Paddle's products while collaborating with a global team.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve transactional queries from customers via email
- Escalate complex queries to appropriate internal channels
- Continuously improve product knowledge and participate in team meetings to enhance processes
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer support or customer-centric role
- Proficient English speaker with strong communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively across different time zones
- Genuine passion for helping others and improving customer experiences
- Investigative mindset with a desire to learn and grow in the role
