Job Summary

To support a growing customer support team, the full-time remote Junior Support Specialist will respond to buyer queries, process refunds and cancellations, and enhance their knowledge of Paddle's products while collaborating with a global team.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve transactional queries from customers via email
  • Escalate complex queries to appropriate internal channels
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and participate in team meetings to enhance processes
Required qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer support or customer-centric role
  • Proficient English speaker with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively across different time zones
  • Genuine passion for helping others and improving customer experiences
  • Investigative mindset with a desire to learn and grow in the role
