Junior System Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior System Administrator to support software modernization efforts in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and supporting cloud-based services and infrastructure for a Cloud-native application
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for remote users and monitor system performance
• Apply patches and security updates, and collaborate with technical teams for testing and system improvements

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in System Networking or system support, preferably in a DoD or government contracting environment
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Must possess an Interim Secret or Secret Clearance to start
