Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior System Administrator to support a distributed workforce across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 3 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and maintain desktop computing environments, including device deployment and configuration
  • Create and maintain IT documentation to ensure consistent and reliable processes
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in a Level 3 Helpdesk or similar technical support role
  • Strong working knowledge of antivirus/antimalware tools
  • Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, and general networking fundamentals
  • Experience with hardware asset management
