Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior System Administrator to support a distributed workforce across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain desktop computing environments, including device deployment and configuration
- Create and maintain IT documentation to ensure consistent and reliable processes
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a Level 3 Helpdesk or similar technical support role
- Strong working knowledge of antivirus/antimalware tools
- Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, and general networking fundamentals
- Experience with hardware asset management
