Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior System Administrator (Consumer Direct Platforms).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support critical SaaS platforms, ensuring system availability, performance, and reliability
  • Manage end-to-end user lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission auditing
  • Monitor and triage incoming support tickets; perform root cause analysis and resolve Tier 1/Tier 2 system issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on CRM administration experience within the mortgage industry
  • Working knowledge of SaaS application administration, including user management and workflow configurations
  • Experience with ticketing systems or similar project management tools
  • Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data synchronization between platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis
