Junior Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Junior Systems Administrator will manage cloud infrastructure and software integration, ensuring the health, security, and connectivity of core platforms while working remotely from Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate problems, gather requirements from stakeholders, and design solutions while maintaining clear technical documentation
- Administer Salesforce and AWS environments, implementing security best practices and managing user permissions
- Maintain and troubleshoot API integrations, write automation scripts, and ensure high system availability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Working proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, preferably JavaScript
- Solid understanding of API architecture, including REST and SOAP
- Comfort with command line interfaces, log files, and technical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly and work independently
