Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Systems Analyst to provide end-user production support for multiple government offices.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-user help desk support for various federal applications on PSC WorkSmarter and PSC OneView platforms
Assist in requirements gathering, application testing, and preparation of technical and end-user documentation
Demonstrate understanding of technical specifications based on business requirements and functional specifications

Required Qualifications

Completion of four years of post-high school education in a computer science or IT-related field, or 2 years of related experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Experience troubleshooting system issues and testing resolutions
Understanding of complex federal processes
Experience with Appian, Salesforce, or robotic process automation (RPA) is preferred
