Junior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, monitor, and deploy provisioning stack applications in a Linux environment
• Proactively monitor and configure provisioning applications and contribute to documentation
• Collaborate with the development team on infrastructure upgrades and provide summary reports to management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent coursework and experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl) and automation tools like Ansible
• Understanding of IP networking protocols (DHCP, DNS, TCP/UDP, SNMP, DOCSIS)
