Junior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Jr. Systems Engineer to support the Oracle Customer Care & Billing platform's Credit & Collections team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret business and technical requirements to design effective solutions
- Collaborate with development vendors to review and validate code and solutions
- Execute testing activities and troubleshoot system issues while supporting continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or related technical role
- Experience with Java and basic to intermediate SQL skills
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps for work tracking
