Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr Systems Engineer to support the Oracle Customer Care & Billing platform's Credit & Collections team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective solutions
Read and analyze Java code to identify system issues and collaborate with development vendors
Execute testing activities and perform data repair activities to enhance system performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical role
Experience with Java, including the ability to read and understand code
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for writing queries and executing scripts
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
