Job Summary

Data-driven and eager to grow, the Junior Talent Operations Specialist will work on a one-year fixed-term contract remotely, supporting the recruitment team by sourcing candidates, screening applications, and managing operational tasks while contributing to recruitment initiatives and analyzing metrics for improvement.

Key responsibilities
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels and manage operational tasks for recruitment initiatives
  • Assist Senior Recruiters with administrative tasks and maintain the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions based on data insights
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related discipline
  • Basic understanding of recruiting practices and a strong interest in recruiting operations
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms for tracking candidates is an advantage
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize hiring processes is an advantage
  • Excellent English language skills for effective communication in a global team
