To support a growing recruitment team, the part-time Junior Talent Sourcer will focus on sourcing and pipelining candidates for technical positions, particularly in hardware engineering, while working remotely with occasional in-office presence in San Ramon, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles such as Manufacturing Engineer and Hardware Engineer
- Developing search requirements and managing active and passive candidate sourcing
- Maintaining candidate records and tracking pipelines in hiring tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical fields related to hardware or semiconductor industries
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets, and ATS
