Job Summary

Supporting the configuration and administration of the organization's case management system, the full-time Junior Technical Administrator will manage user access, provide technical support, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer user accounts and security permissions across various environments
  • Execute SQL queries for data validation and support issue investigation
  • Monitor and triage application support tickets, escalating issues as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in application support, system administration, or technical operations
  • Intermediate SQL skills and experience with relational database management systems
  • Familiarity with case management or human services software platforms
  • Microsoft SQL Certifications are a plus
