Junior Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the full systems development lifecycle, the full-time Junior Technical Business Analyst will work remotely to elicit, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into Agile artifacts while collaborating with Product Owners and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Support requirements elicitation, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation across technical and data-driven environments
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on business requirements and user needs, advising Product Owners and representing stakeholder priorities
• Translate business goals into high-quality Agile artifacts, ensuring clarity and alignment with product vision

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline with at least 2 years of relevant Business Analysis experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working within Agile Frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proficiency in using JIRA for project management
• Experience in conducting backlog grooming and requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
