Junior Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Serving as a critical bridge between engineering and internal stakeholders, the full-time remote Junior Technical Product Manager will manage technical requests, oversee production support escalations, and create actionable documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams to identify technical pain points and translate them into clear requirements for engineering
- Act as the first point of contact for technical production issues, investigating bugs and prioritizing them based on business impact
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal technical knowledge base, creating documentation and guides for non-technical audiences
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support, business analysis, project management, or junior product management
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly Agile/Scrum
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language
- Experience with ticketing and product management tools such as Jira or Zendesk is a plus
- Background in valuation, mortgage, fintech, or related industries is highly desired
