Junior Technical Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Providing Sprinklr admin configuration services, the part-time Junior Technical Solutions Consultant will optimize platform usage to meet client needs, enhance ROI through automation, and improve user experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Resolve Sprinklr tasks assigned via the request ticketing system
• Create and QA Sprinklr configurations to ensure optimal platform usage
• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and investigate issues within Sprinklr

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated technical aptitude in programming or software deployment management, preferably with Sprinklr or similar platforms
• Completion or near completion of a BA or BS in Marketing, Technology, or related fields
• Some programming experience is desired
• Social media literacy and proficiency are preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
