Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Technical Support Analyst to provide customer service and technical support for client systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain daily data polling/loading for client systems
- Diagnose and resolve software and data integration issues
- Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone while managing support escalations
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases preferred
- Restaurant industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
