Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Support Analyst to provide customer service and technical support for client systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain daily data polling/loading for client systems
  • Diagnose and resolve software and data integration issues
  • Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone while managing support escalations
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases preferred
  • Restaurant industry experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
