Key Responsibilities
  • Validate company type (MSP or end-user) based on provided criteria
  • Research and verify contact information using open sources
  • Add and update verified data in HubSpot while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot or MS Dynamics)
  • Strong research and data validation skills
  • Basic understanding of the IT industry and MSP operations
  • Familiarity with Jira and willingness to grow in this area
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
