Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for their product suite.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, API documentation, SOPs, and release notes
Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy and relevancy
Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce clear technical specifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a similar field
1-3 years of experience in technical or procedural writing
Familiarity with CMS and version control programs, preferably Git
Basic understanding of cURL, Markdown, and Python
Experience with B2B SaaS industry standards and Agile workflows is a plus
