Job Summary
Supporting pre-development activities, the full-time Junior Telecom Agile Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, gather requirements, and translate business needs into automated systems while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine epics, support backlog grooming, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of requirements
- Document current and future-state processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and drive process optimization with stakeholders
- Conduct user research to create comprehensive PMO and FMO process documentation and manage product backlog for development teams
Required qualifications
- BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams
- Proven experience in creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria
- Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization
- Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
